Meet Erica

Hi, I’m Erica Coyle, founder of Elevation Strategies. I launched this consulting practice after nearly two decades in the nonprofit world—including twelve years as an executive director—because I know how challenging and rewarding this work can be.

Throughout my leadership journey, I leaned on trusted consultants, coaches, and mentors to help me navigate big decisions and bold growth. Now, I’m here to be that partner for you.

Whether you're leading a capital campaign, launching a new program, building a stronger board, or trying to create a healthier, more joyful organizational culture—I’ve been there. I bring both experience and empathy to the table, offering strategic support rooted in real-world nonprofit leadership.

Thanks for stopping by. I’d love to learn more about what you’re building—and how I can help.
